Atheists:

If nothing exists beyond the natural universe ... If scientists by study have all the answers to creation... If we are just protons, neutrons and electrons (well, with the exceptional morons)~
Then why wont the scientists create an atmosphere of moral efficiency so that there is no need for evil in this world.

After all, They are smart atoms, neutrons and electrons:

Wrongdoing = guilt, forgiveness, apologies
Pain = prayer, support, friends and family
suffering and death of a loved one = helplessness, prayer (but to whom or what?)
A life = means nothing when it dies and ceases to exist for all eternity.

(Why have a heart that cares, cries, mourns, grieves and is lost without their loved one- But, oh a heart does'nt have feelings... its just a tiny pump in your chest to sustain life, but since we are soul-less where is that feeling coming from? that tremendous pain? since nothing can be supernatural in the atheists world... where do we get feelings from of pain, anger, laughter, fear, anxiety, mourning, love, desire, and even dreams?)

The term write-off describes a reduction in recognized value. In accounting terminology, it refers to recognition of the reduced or zero value of an asset.

Q.. what can replace a reduction in recognized value and the recognition of the reduced or zero value of an asset.

-A replacement would be WHAT///?? CONSIDERING THE WIDE RANGE OF REDUCING A VALUE OF AN ASSET OR recognized VALUE:

INDIVIDUAL INCOME TAX
1. We present all of our income initially
2. we THEN claim deductions for expenses paid out of it, losses, and bills etc.

"hmmm how bout if we standardly deduct period, present it, pay it at appropriate percentages and do away with all the red tape, skimming and cheating and if we cheat any further its on our own self's since we cannot claim anything more than a percentage!"

Problem#1 is that big corps and millionaires can claim many many write-offs reducing all income or gain to next to zero- now they owe nothing to the IRS
AS WELL...
Middle class get homestead rebates, credits, write-offs, dependants etc on the whole and now they owe nothing to the IRS and made a couple hundred return on payment sent forth to IRS.

So the IRS doesnt collect nothing on a $30,000.00 salary per yr OR on a $300,000.00 to plus over millions in an income per year.

SO now even though it looks like they are collecting a whole lot like trillions, they are not even collecting as much as if they even charged 10% per person per income rich or poor straight up with no deductions and no rebates allowed.

goes without saying they should automatically configure the homeowners property taxes, that should be a standard.
sure they need to know all particulars of house and value and taxes, loans, gifts, capital gains etc..

"Why Not start paying 30% to Tax (all Americans rich or poor) allow a cap up to 10% in write-offs (or a sliding scale based on income from 5%-10% period.

Is it not possible to make tax more easier and more efficient with less paperwork, employees, etc and still manage to satisfy the deficit?
possibly... If they can make the whole taxation process limited and easier.
but for that we need to know the numbers on how many people had so many deductions and paid nearly nothing in taxes and how that effects the climbing deficit.
and how many had so many rebates, credits, capital gains, and deferred tax, generation skipping tax etc.
and then see what would happen if they taxed everyone at 30% of their income and allowed them 5% on people under $50,000. in income and 10% of that for over $50,000. in capped deductions allowable period.

run those numbers against all income levels, all returns collected and the whole amount collected based on Information for a given year and forensic evaluation of the above conditions of deductions/writeoffs Vs. rebates/refunds
and see if they replaced all that info with a more simplified application if it would bring in more revenue and what that revenue could cover now if so.
they need to simplify this for the sake of lowering spending especially within the IRS itself.

My written plan to Address the State Of the Union Address:

The USA's biggest problem is the middle class and poor (No work, No Food)

1. Start with the government spending of course, FIx it!

2. The biggest corporations pay only 14% in taxes, which is less than millions of the middle class. not right, I agree.
They have too many loopholes currently -TRUE
(But currently to keep their corporations running without bankrupting them they need it as it stands.)
and currently we need their jobs and charities.
they dont need the bonuses to themselves etc, this is true.
NO BONUSES or capped lets say nothing over a placed limit!

3. (and most importantly) Everyone should be required big or little, rich or poor to pay a certain percentage in taxes period, no loopholes, no deductions, no accountants...
IDK lets say 25% everything else should
be our own losses-
after all healthcare resolution is already being implemented.
... the money gained in its truest form of taxation would cover the difference in healthcare for all, So we have to pay something -lets pay it.
Better that than to have the rest of our rights and life being taken over by the government.

Example: If you make $30,000 you pay $7,500.00 If you make $300,000.00 you pay $75,000.00 No deductions- take out the paperwork and expense and keep more money in the system, in this way the richest people would have paid in full their share for a more productive system that provides for us!
Cut out other fees.(Get rid of the woes of deductions and all the extra work and expense in its application.)
IF ITS USED WISELY- NO TAX RAISES SHOULD BE NEEDED AT ALL.

*Lets make it simple like Children!

EXAMPLE: When the first immigrants came they paid with a cow which we will call currency today for the purposes of evolution but it was fair law for owning your land.
Some churches ask tithings of 10% that was of our free will, if this worked how many poor in our community would be served- So lets do the same with taxation!

Answer: We dont want to be like the Soviet Union, Greece, Italy or Spain and we will too go bankrupt Just at a bigger and faster devestation, when you dont HAVE to do anything you are just lazy.

4. No further free schooling- we already pay thru grade 12, and guess what none of the schooling is free... stop calling it what it is NOT!

and greed is a BIG PROBLEM, nobody is happy with what they have- they want MORE!

The other thing is help those in need which most of us already do if we can... anyone in your circle that you have the means too.

The tax payers Pay for the food pantry- lets keep them since in any catastrophe
we are really only 9 meals away from a war.

As I said what do I know about Politics or how to change the world as we have come to far to revert back to where we were 50 plus years ago.

MY REPLY: ALL IN ALL IT SOUNDS LIKE A DREAM STATEMENT... actually it is a dream but with consequences.
the way I see it He may as well say: Hey Rich give up anything you make over the middle class and share it with the middle class and the poor."
WELL THAT SOUNDS LIKE AN ULTIMATE DREAM RESOLUTION, But it cannot happen that way- not without ending the rich and corporations for good, leaving only a middle class and poor who could not survive other that at the ownership of a dictator to feed them bread, soup and water.
If He taxes the business's and corporations to high they will cut back they are barely making it, Many have gone bankrupt and closed their doors completely in this crisis. when they collapse

His Statement Is what the Americans want to hear: Why? because everyone wants to hear you are free and we are going to fix this so we are all equal. This would be wrong to do. I guess I realize I am more republican.

2. This which I really felt in sync with:

My thoughts are:

Seems the goal would be that we no longer want people who are corporations or rich to live in a civilization with the poor and middle class - if that were occomplished we may just let Obama run dictatorship and all get handed what they feel we deserve. I was poor, ate canned food while I raised an infant, worked waitressing double shifts on the week-ends, couldn't pay rent, cleaned my landlords home to cover some of my rent - yes I was in the dumps and sad and felt what kind of life will my child have... But I will tell you, I wasn't proud to be on welfare and thanks to car insurance , no-fault my back surgery money needed instead paid off welfare!
But I would rather work an honest dollar than ever have the government in any capacity give me a hand out- I certainly wouldn't advocate for a world without the rich who balance the economy on some measure and supply jobs and just hand over control to let's say Obama... Since the earliest days of our civilization there have been kings, land-owners, heirs to the wealthy and unfortunatelythere have been the poor as well. The only change without mass destruction would be a country run by dictatorship - the middle roads won't work.
It's true we would not want to hear that we need to sacrifice to restore this land of opportunity strucken with grief, poverty and hardship.
But nobody should be anti rich, if the rich all left today... Where would that leave the poor and the middle class?
With nothing not even a job and nowhere to turn but to the ownership of the government, a cold place with no opportunity but to wake up and take your bread and water.

there are so many things weighing you down.
People think they can fix your problems by making you fix them (you can spend more money, you can add more liability- You can change your life-if not heres a guilt trip so you have no choice!) sometimes you just need people to listen, not talk and not add guilt to your already overwhelmed life. Do whats in Your heart, it would be nice to ask for help- but not if the help looks like this: You Help Yourself at any cost both emotionally and financially- Thats not help and to think all you really wanted is someone to talk to, especially when your alone. WHY I'M SORRY FAILS
"Allowing the initially hurt person to forget their feelings of pain and instead become responsible for the hurtful reactions they had- and having that same person have a big enough heart to care to reconcile - something is still missing, Its called LOVE, and its dying because the same person who initiated the pain is always the one who is being asked forgiveness, not always the one who cared to apologize at all. So I am sorry for my words or actions that offended you, that is what I am responsible for, because I care about not causing others pain."

Before it didn't matter to reconcile something for the heck of it not destroying YOU there was someone feeling pain and instead you accused them, never seeing the pain you caused them, they felt betrayed and uncared for, they felt they had nothing, but you only cared to further hurt them, WHY do people not see pain and instead accuse the person of hatred? get them all upset, get them to the point of saying things they never wanted to say and then hold that person so liable for causing them pain that they shut them out and NEVER ever apologize for the initial pain they really unmistakingly caused them, then it all becomes fake, the person attacked in the heart apologizes and all the pain still sits inside goes unreconciled and they live with the fact it never mattered to the other person at all. Its so sad. Truth is the only way a victim of pain can go on now as a result is to apologize to a person who hurt them so bad... most often only because those who believe in God saw Jesus destroyed by people that just didn't care and He forgave everyone of them and never asked them "Why don't you love Me?" didn't matter if they did, He loved them and thats what mattered to God. Its for God, not man that we forgive, even when we are not even asked for an apology, and that we apologize even when they are not sorry. In a better world that we just don't live in, maybe people can just stop causing pain for no other reason than carelessness.

Look at your soul...

do you know it well?
Do you expect it to die when you leave this world?
How can it ever die(?) It knows boundless depths, it knows truths, love, intuition, fear, morality, righteousness- some souls here know and have felt Gods light and peace from near death. The soul knows a universe man hasn't seen yet and knows it well. The soul knows before and after, it knows infinity. The soul has insight. If there's one proof to connect all to God, I believe it's your soul, if you try to reach it you will see it's so much bigger than you!

Where did the soul come from?
I believe the soul is a part of God and the part of us that connect us to Him, to eachother, to creation, to life, to Heaven, the universe and to infinity.

Does your soul know these things?
Mine does.

Does God Exist?
Has a scientist yet proven where the soul comes from, the one creation greater than flesh and bone that can live infinitely and walk boundlessly knowing more than it's mind has yet to discover.

I won't accept some scientific DNA of a soul given to us by God, respecting also that scientists were not made to disqualify God but were made of God as we were for such things God did want us to speculate and to prove to us there may be scientific reasons for many things and medically it has bettered the quality of life but it know way can it disprove 2 things:

1.God does Exist.
2. The soul is of God and there is no scientific explanation to say that it is not from God... Just as creation was from God.

God made Mary free of original sin because she was chosen to be the Mother of Jesus

We were born into original sin because Adam and Eve did not listen to Gods commands

There is good instilled in us by God,
There is original sin we were born into but this sin was not instilled but we were born into it- not with it. (if I believe My God is loving and that He made me in his image then I must believe he did not create us sinners!)

We are sinners for that reason alone, not because the holy spirit is not foremost instilled into us, but we must choose to have faith and ask him to stay in us and guide us.

It IS NOT the reason we sin, we do that in knowing the law book and doing exactly as Adam and Eve did- disregard it!
But we as the Jewish closely believe we were not born sinners, we were born into a place of sinners and temptations but instilled with Gods love in the likeness of Jesus. We have a path to choose, we know what causes hurt and right from wrong. We don't go around saying I was born a sinner so I will go out sinning!

Ok now time for some enlightment I have been around 46 years- I'm puzzled, where did the slang phrases develop like "I dont give a shit?" : thats good- who would want your shit? I flush my own. dickhead? who actually named the penis this? and "fuck-me" why would you ask just anyone to? (same with "F-You") really now!!! There is not much profanity that makes any accurate defined response at all.
Haha was bored, watching this kid on TV say "I dont give a shit" and all this profanity so acceptable as the english language LMAO
not even rolling on the floor laughing my ass off, literally could that happen? No. Haha we are just silly people!!!
MF'er is a real bad one, If Mama only knew how many from animals to people were one of them - She would lock herself in the closet. its just the irony of all profanity- But its sad they instill it in the childrens dictionary for when the next generation president starts saying these things in love and war we will have entered into a level of America the great- America the ignorant.

Hurt Vs Hate

I know this is not wildlife, Sorry-

This is a thought I had today of
the word hate and how Hurt vs Hate, How Hurt can Be fixed and hate cannot be- and How bad the word hate is.

too often I hear people use the word hate every time they are hurt.

Why because it is a most painful word.
I have heard Children say it to their parents, parents say it to their children.

I would like to use real life philosophy on these terms so freely used.

IMHO...
"It is hurt people that hurt people NOT hate people- people who hate are violent people!"

for instance...A Child was told they were hateful when they said bad things to the Parent.

I feel that when a child is hurt they will hurt you, but that is not hate it is hurt.

A Child that cannot hurt or hate anymore will just forget you
and become numb - they will neither hurt or hate, they simply dont want to feel anymore at all.

hurt is usually associated with an emotional reaction, whereas hate is usually associated with a physical reaction.

A Child that says they hate You will hurt You, but usually it is because You have hurt them somehow~ that is an emotional hurt most associated with hurt not hate.

A Child who shoots his parents usually hates not hurts, it goes way beyond hurt and way beyond numb, this is a physical reaction most associated with hate not hurt.(and a mentally destraught person with a vengeance, nonetheless there is hate.) Hurt brings tears/ hate brings violence.

So when you tell someone they hate you, you are wrong- they hurt you- usually because you have hurt them.
when you are family and you tell your child they hate you,
think what you have done that has hurt them.

And instead of saying hate, try to find out why You dont love them or didnt love them and love them so you dont hurt them and they dont hurt you.

but stop using the word hate.

And Like the word love it is thrown around wrongly.

Love is being there, Its not something You just tell someone-
It is something You show and Do- not just something You say.

But neither hurt or hate is Love-
SO dont do either, and if you do hurt someone You should
forgive instead of calling the hateful.

If You choose to call them hateful over forgiving them, You choose not to love them... maybe because you are hurt too,
But thats hurt again, not hate.

Saying hate means you cant love, hurting means just that you are hurting and hurting someone means they have hurt you, doesnt mean you hate them.

Hate can be a painful word, hate can remove love. hurt can forgive and still love.

So choose your words wisely.

If sone says I hate what you did - Ok
But it one says you are hateful- not OK.

If they say you are hateful, they are telling you
they hate you.
If they tell you I hate what you did-
they are saying that thing you did really hurt them.

Because if someone says I am hateful, I wont forgive them.
but if they say I hate what you did- I know it hurt them.

hate directed at a person is an attack on the person's heart and soul.
hate directed at an action, well the action has no feeling
and cannot really feel the pain of the word.

the truth is simple:

hurt People` will hurt people, not hate people.

I would love to petition My neighbors and the town to give fines to pedestrians in the roads, but it is their right. I would love the law to say NO PEDESTRIANS ON ROADWAYS. I was driving home today in the southbound lane of a paved country-rural road with white lines for pedestrians not wide enough to keep people from getting killed. I was going a touch over the speed limit at 50 in a 45 mph zone heading south, A truck was going north on this road in Howell Twnsp, NJ and and at a touch over the speed I was going maybe more- He tore off my driver side mirror, the bang was loud enough to feel my ear pop- He swerved into the yellow lines just around the bend as to His surprise there was a pedestrian walking in the road because the line didnt allow her room to walk safely.I was 4 inches approx from a head on! Thank God I am still here to be so mad and saddened that these pedestrians are a driving hazard and will get 2 people killed because they are ignorant enough to think they are invincible and too bad for the driver is their attitude because after all... "Hey better its me walking instead of You, Lucky You- You have a car!" I was shook I had an accident where someone plowed through me at a stop sign in a car and totally destroyed 3 cars 20 yrs ago and it still was a safer accident than the one that would have been today If He misjudged His squeeze to avoid the ALMIGHTY AND RIGHTEOUS PEDESTRIAN! (who claim to be under-dogs - Hey i respect that, l just wish they came with common decency and respect for the dangers they cause to drivers!I know there cant be a Law- But God knows there should be one! Anyone feel there should be a law?

This happens all the time on this road - and I am sure many back roads. I should lose My life because they need to get from point A to Point B regardless of the Danger they pose! and the towns and everyone who blows money on so many insignificant things just cant afford to widen the roads to give these righteous people a place to walk since they are aloud to- Gee, My Mommy always said "stay in the white lines or walk on the grass if You need to!"

It is such a shame that people who "have the luxury to drive", have to either live with...

KILLING A PEDESTRIAN OR HAVING A HEAD ON COLLISION TO KILL 2 PEOPLE AND THEIR CHILDREN!!

Muted the one where He got out on Me, I dont particularly like the Bit- never had one like that But- I will learn it. Doesnt look like much to anyone else (LOL) but when You are nervous- It is and when I was young I had a few horses take off through a threshold to a lake (and swimming), woods and on a trail in a full out gallop! I figured it wouldnt take much for Him to realize Mommy wasnt in control and the first thing that gave Him a reason, He may take off. But he was good considering and I am glad other people were around to help.
I talked to the trainer about the bit, it is a curb bit with a shank (A type of Hackamore without the hard piece over the nose (Making it better!)- the only difference in the other type of hackamore is there is No bit in it at all, I assume like the Bosel but it has a shank. A Bosel is great If Your horse will whoa on command. which Mine always does. The curb bit with shank is better than the original hackamore with the over the nose shank with a bit. The trainer told Me it was fine to give Him a carrot for finally whoaing- though I leaned forward and pulled back which made Him back-up instead of completing His turn.
All In all other than having to keep telling Him whoa, which She said was also a good thing as it kept Me breathing which relaxes the horse- (sounds silly saying it on video But worked to my advantage) I did good but got nervous walking Him in so I asked Her to walk Me in, then She walked with Me So I can get Him to see I was still in control and was then able to dismount Him. The main Key is to sit back with this bit and pulling on it wont matter but to sit back and push legs forward and keep them not so snug on the horse

LOVE This Song! (SO glad they used it in the movie! It is the CHEERIEST Movie (well when You get over the death!) Sweetest movie I have seen in years, The Cutest!! Gotta love the guys- As Cute as can Be!! Hillary was too Amazing in this movie, It has to be My all time FAVORITE! (Just Sweet) I have watched it oh about 900 times and bought the CD. My favorite part is when He is singing Galway Girl in the bar. But it has SO many great parts and between the comedy its also a beautiful story! Well Done. Gerard can sing!! Love Ireland.

Buck enjoying His foor and keeping a good eye on Me - taken last year- sure do miss this guy.
they come around and eat the grass clippings I just have to get out there and throw them some food-
instead of being pre-occupied. I wouldnt make a great Mommy these days. :(
I do see them all the time- this year more Does than bucks but last was amazing with all the Bucks here.
